Shipping
- Processing time for custom wood orders is two weeks. This means your order will ship within two weeks of your purchase date.
- All orders are shipped by USPS and shipping time will coincide with the shipping method you choose and USPS' shipping time.
Returns
- Since all of our items are custom made to order,all sales are final. If your order is damaged, or you have a problem with your order, please contact me directly and we will find a solution!
- I will not be held responsible for packages lost through postal service.
